Job Description
Join our dynamic remote team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be
instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential outbound sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or
Finance. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- High level of proficiency in English (B2, C1, C2); A test will be required.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably GHL, Close.io, or Monday.com .
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Drive, Docs and Excel Sheets.
Interpersonal & Intrapersonal Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and objection-handling strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media, email, and
- phone.
- Participate in ongoing skills training and coaching sessions to continuously enhance your sales
- techniques.
- Track and log all prospect outreach and results in the CRM system.
- Reach out to leads and qualify their interest in our products or services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Continuously improve and optimize the sales process.
