About Powerplacing
Powerplacing formerly known as Dayporter has worked with over 40+ US/CA companies and created more than 50+ jobs in Latin America with our current focus in Nicaragua.
Our team began with 1 executive assistant and now our complete team is based out of Central America covering everything from sales to operations to recruiting, and so much more.
After seeing so many families scrape by, stress daily, be treated terribly, and never given the power to be seen as more than just cheap labor... we took it upon ourselves to shift that mentality and highlight what Central America is capable of!
