Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Sales Assistant who will be responsible for various tasks critical to sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be adept at handling confidential information, and demonstrate strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all communications with the Director of Sales and Development, facilitating efficient information flow and ensuring timely responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Skillfully schedule and plan meetings, including the option to record them for reference, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-prepared.
- Data Management: Conduct research and organize data to support senior management, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and company data.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding as required, maintaining clear and concise communication.
- Virtual Assistance: Serve as a virtual assistant, supporting a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send persuasive proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Business Development: Play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by actively identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Account Booking: Successfully book new opportunities, contributing to the acquisition of new accounts and the company’s growth.
