Advertising and Candidate Attraction:
Advertise job openings on various platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Conduct weekly searches to identify potential candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
Utilize Google Hunting, Facebook posts, and other sourcing techniques.
Interviewing:
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
Candidate Management:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. (Based on clients needs)
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiations and Offers:
Conduct negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates.
Collaboration with HR:
Work closely with the HR department to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Client Interaction:
Client Communication:
Keep clients and hiring managers updated on the progress of hires.
Meetings and Expectation Setting:
Participate in meetings with clients to set expectations and understand their hiring needs.
Process Development and Improvement:

Assist in developing and updating recruitment processes and job descriptions.
Process Efficiency:
Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Track and optimize time to hire metrics.

Evaluate the quality of hires through performance and feedback.
Employee Satisfaction and Retention: (*Most of the recruiters don’t have access to employee information once accept the offer)
Contribute to measuring employee satisfaction and retention rates.
Recruitment Process Efficiency:
Assess the efficiency of the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
