Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life and elevate our brand's visual identity. In this role, you will create eye-catching designs for a variety of digital and print platforms, working closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure our visuals align with our brand’s story and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Visual Development:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.

  • Develop original design concepts, templates, and assets in line with our brand identity.

  • Ensure all designs are high-quality, on-brand, and meet project requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm ideas and design campaigns.

  • Translate creative briefs into compelling designs that engage and inspire audiences.

  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Ensure all visuals align with the overall brand messaging and tone.

Technical and Production Tasks:

  • Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Manage file organization and maintain a library of design assets.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (digital and print).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, responsive design principles, and social media best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent creativity, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
