Job Description
An Account Manager is a vital business representative who plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients while managing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Answer customer service calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to client needs and providing solutions.
- Handling client complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
- Client Engagement:
- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions based on trust and respect.
- Follow up with clients based on their feedback and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage and coach the internal team
- Business Development:
- Create and send compelling proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and how they meet the client’s needs.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential new clients and generate leads.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule walkthroughs and appointments with clients using Google Calendar and other tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
